Ask if you require a tracking number.
We do not make partially ship orders.
International orders take up to 1 month to receive.

If you are seriously dissatisfied with your order, please email us and we will try to make it right. Our orders are packaged with the utmost attention and we use more protection, especially on vinyl.

Sometimes couriers are less than respectful to packages and still somehow manage to create damage in the form of dinged corners, seam split, or other tears. In cases like these, we cannot be held responsible.
